in modular construction, documentation drives BoMs, which drive costs, proposals & purchases.

it must be done right!

These six typologies are our own designs, taken all the way from sketch to a complete manufacturing package: steel chassis drawings, SIP schedules, MEP, bills of materials down to the last 14 mm stay bolt. We didn't document them this thoroughly because we enjoy paperwork (though, honestly, a little). We did it because this is exactly what we produce for client projects — and we'd rather show you than tell you.

The naming is the system: U is how many modules sit side by side, X is how many stack up, and G means someone gets to park indoors. Every module shares the dimensions of a High Cube container — 12.2 by 2.44 metres, the largest box legally allowed on every road in the world. Which means everything you see here was designed to travel before it was designed to impress.
