Categories covered

  • Structural: steel frames, engineered timber, cold-formed steel members, concrete precast elements

  • Envelope: insulated wall panels, roofing systems, windows and glazed façades, vapor and air barriers

  • MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing): HVAC units, ducting and controls, water heaters, pumps, electrical switchgear, wiring harnesses, sanitary fixtures

  • Finishes: interior wall panels, flooring systems, cabinetry, countertops, paint and coatings, hardware and fixtures

How the process works

  • BOM creation: We produce a detailed bill of materials (BOM) from design documents, specifying quantities, performance standards, and approved alternatives for each component.

  • Supplier quoting: The BOM is issued to a prequalified supplier network for competitive quoting. Technical clarifications and sample approvals are managed centrally to ensure compliance.

  • Selection: Suppliers are evaluated on price, lead time, quality certifications, and logistics capability. Selections are documented and incorporated back into the project procurement schedule.

  • Import coordination: We manage international procurement logistics — consolidation, customs documentation, freight booking, and tracking. Local delivery sequencing is coordinated with site installation schedules to minimize storage and handling.

What the client gains

  • Better pricing: Bulk procurement and competitive tendering reduce unit costs and limit price escalation risk.

  • Traceability: Centralized documentation links each component to its supplier, batch, and certification for quality assurance and future maintenance.

  • Fewer local middlemen: Direct supplier relationships and consolidated import handling streamline the supply chain, reduce markups, and simplify communication.
