Why Haüsa?
A Smarter Way to go modular and volumetric.
Documentation
We begin by turning project ambitions into buildable reality. Our Documentation phase includes a site-specific feasibility study, full technical documentation, and regulatory compliance support to de-risk early stages and prepare for smooth factory production.
Feasibility study: site assessment, zoning and utility review, logistics and cranage analysis, budget and schedule projections.
Full documentation package: architectural and structural drawings adapted to volumetric manufacture, MEP design coordinated for modular integration, connection details, finishes schedule, and fabrication-ready BIM models.
Approvals and permits support: code compliance checks, permit application packages, and liaison with authorities to expedite sign-off.
Sourcing & Procurement
With detailed documentation in hand, Haüsa manages procurement to secure high-quality materials, components, and specialist systems optimized for volumetric manufacturing. Centralized sourcing reduces lead times, controls cost, and ensures components meet factory tolerances and performance standards.
Strategic sourcing: selection of qualified suppliers for finishes, fixtures, structural components, glazing, and MEP equipment aligned to project specifications.
Procurement management: tendering, bid evaluation, purchase order administration, and consolidated logistics planning to synchronize delivery with the factory production schedule.
Quality assurance: supplier qualification, incoming inspection criteria, and traceability protocols to maintain consistency across modules.
Handoff to Fabrication
We translate documentation and procured materials into production-ready inputs for offsite manufacturing. The Handoff phase coordinates final shop drawings, factory planning, and production oversight to ensure modules are manufactured efficiently and delivered on schedule.
Production-ready delivery: detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and CNC/BIM export packages aligned with the factory workflow.
Factory onboarding: coordination with the fabrication partner on assembly sequencing, jigs/fixtures, tolerances, and QA checkpoints.
Logistics & installation readiness: packaging and transport planning, site assembly sequencing, crane scheduling, pre-delivery and delivery documentation.
